ASRC Civil Construction (ACCL) has extensive federal government contracting experience and is also well versed in State and municipal contracting.  Since beginning operations in 2005, ACCL has completed over $55M of heavy civil construction as both general contractor and as a paving subcontractor.

Maintain & Repair Base Pavements – Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson

Multi-year construction and maintenance contract with the Department of the Air Force. ACCL provides complete general contracting services covering repair and maintenance of roads, utilities and airfields on both bases. Contract is in progress.

Wiley Post/Will Rogers Memorial Airport – Barrow, Alaska

ACCL is manufacturing and placing asphalt for the complete reconstruction of the Barrow airfield. Subcontract to ASRC SKW Eskimos. Work scheduled to be complete in 2011.

F-22A Infrastucture Phase II – Elmendorf AFB

ACCL Manufactured and installed base course and asphalt for the construction of new taxiway and apron in support of the F-22 squadron. Subcontract with Bristol Environmantal on this USACE project. Completed in 2009.

Reconstruct N/S Runway – Elmendorf AFB

Project included complete survey and grade revision proposal, removal and replacement of base course and asphalt surfacing, new threshold and ALZ lighting systems, new aircraft arrestors, and runway grooving/striping. Project completed in 2010.

Reconstruct Arctic Warrior Drive – Elmendorf AFB

Project involved the complete reconstruction of a 3,500 ft segment of the primary thoroughfare on Elmendorf AFB. Work included demolition of existing roadway, excavation and backfill of road prism, storm drain repairs/upgrades, new curbs and sidewalks, asphalt paving, and street lighting. Project complete 2009.
