ASRC Civil Construction is guided and supported by ASRC Construction Holding Company. As part of The ACHC Family of Companies, we have the collective capacity and financial strength to handle any construction project.
The ASRC Civil Construction (ACCL) management team’s current experience includes an on-going relationship performing extensive reconstruction work on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson that continues to receive high marks from contracting personnel and engineers responsible for overseeing the work.
Our work experience includes reconstructing both runways on Elmendorf AFB, as well as paving those in Barrow and Palmer Alaska. Through our network of subcontractors, we have also provided aircraft blast deflectors, runway grooving, airfield lighting, and concrete hardstand construction. And in addition to its airfield construction experience, ACCL has many miles of road construction under its belt – ranging from urban streets with utilities to new alignments in undeveloped areas.
ACCL brought several industry-leading advancements to pavement production in Alaska, including the first non-contact Material Transfer Vehicle, and prides itself on its fleet of late-model equipment and knowledgeable workforce.
Our philosophy of making quality workmanship and client satisfaction a top priority has allowed its operations to proceed without claims or lawsuits. Through continuous training and a company-wide focus, we maintain an excellent safety record and is equipped to handle the compliance requirements of MSHA, EPA, OSHA and other state and federal agencies that may have regulatory authority over aspects of its operations.
